Chipiga Valery Yakovych was the bomber of 3rd Mechanized Battalion, 30th Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the senior soldier.
He was born on June 17, 1980 in the village Zhyhaylivka, Trostyanets district, Sumy region. He graduated the high school. For a while he lived in Romney, Sumy region.
The last 5 years he worked at the mine in the Donetsk region, fired from the beginning of anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
He was called up for mobilization Trostyanetsky-Velikopisarevsky military commissariat Sumy region. He served the bomber of 3rd Mechanized Battalion, 30th Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0409, Novograd Volyn, Zhytomyr region).
He took part in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On July 27, 2015 Chipiga senior soldier died around 23:30 pm during a combat mission in Artemovsk (now - Bahmutskiy) Donetsk region. During the bombardment of enemy tanks, he did not have time to run to the shelter and received mine-explosive injury incompatible with life.
On July 312015 he was buried in the cemetery of the village Zhyhaylivka.
He was awarded the Order "For courage" of III degree (25/11/2015, posthumously).
He was an orphan, no relatives remain.
