Chyrtsov Oleksandr Semenovych- a sanitary instructor and instructor of infantry affairs of the Separate Voluntary Four Carpathian Sich.
He was born on 24 May, 1977, in a settlement of the urban type Desna, Kozeletsky district, Chernihiv region. Together with his family he lived in the city Kobelyaky, the Poltava region, then - in the city Artemivsk (now - Bakhmut), Donetsk region.
In the winter of 2013-2014 he was on the Independence Square in Kyiv, where he was an active participant in the Revolution of Dignity.
With the onset of hostilities in eastern Ukraine, he and his family moved to the city Poltava.
In early 2015, the volunteer joined the Separate Voluntary Four "Carpathian Sich" (from July 2015 - a separate assault company "Carpathian Sich" of the 93nd separate mechanized brigade of the Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine), where he was a sanitary instructor and a rifle affairs instructor .
Since February 2015, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Callsign "Pioneer".
On 15 April, 2015, Olexandr Chyrtsov was killed by a fractured wound in the heart due to the direct hit of an artillery shell at the location of a medical unit in the village Pisky, Yasinuvata district, Donetsk region.
On 18 April, 2015, he was buried in the Kobelia Cemetery, Poltava region.

On 13 April, 2016, a memorial sign to the soldiers, who perished during the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine, was established in the city of Kobelyaky, Poltava region, including the name of Olexandr Chyrtsov.
