Dobrodomov Rodion Konstyantynovych was the policeman of 1st platoon of the 1st Battalion company patrol special police "Azov" of Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Donetsk region, the ordinary policeman.
He was born in October 30, 1984 in Kyiv. In 2001 he graduated the secondary school №203 of Kyiv.
In 2002-2004 he passed military service in the border troops of Ukraine (July 2003 - State Border Guard Service of Ukraine).
He graduated the Law Faculty of the University of Economics and Law "Krok". He worked in the security agency, personal driver-bodyguard.
In winter 2013-2014 years he was active in the Revolution of dignity and Automaydan.
In the spring of 2014, after the Russian aggression, a group of like-minded people voluntarily went to the east of Ukraine. In May 2014 he joined the battalion patrol special police "Azov" Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Donetsk region, where he was a policeman 1st platoon of the 1st company.
In May 9, 2014 ordinary policeman Dobrodomov took part in the battle with armed separatists, who attacked the building of the Mariupol city police department. He protected the entry of fighters captured terrorists in the building. Private policeman Dobrodomov was killed by a shot from behind (the bullet was left in the direction ball right into the heart).
In May 12, 2014 he was buried in the Baikove cemetery in Kiev.
He was awarded the Order "For courage" III degree (20.6.2014, posthumously).
The wife and the daughter remain.
In May 2015 in Mariupol on the former building of the city police department (George Street) there was opened a memorial plaque to fallen law enforcement officers, including the name of ordinary policeman Rodion Dobrodomov.
