Dobryans‘kyy Maksym Serhiyovych was the operator of the antitank platoon of the 1st airborne landing battalion of the 95th separate aeromobile brigade of the High-Military Allied Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the senior soldier.
He was born on 6 June, 1988 in Korostyshiv, Zhytomyr region. In 2005, he graduated the Humanities Gymnasium №5 of Korostyshiv, in 2011, the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, specializing in Jurisprudence.
In 2009-2010 he was in the regular military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Since 2012 he has been working for ViDi Group in Kyiv.
On 11 March, 2014 he was mobilized to the Armed forces of Ukraine. He served in the anti-tank platoon of the 1st Airborne Battalion of the 95th separate aeromobile brigade of the High-Military Allied Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0281, city Zhytomyr).
In the spring of 2014, he participated in an anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On 2 May, 2014, soldier Dobryans‘kyy was part of a column of the 95th separate airmobile brigade blocked on the bridge over the Sukhiy Torets River, the local population of the urban-type town Andriivka, Slovyansk district, Donetsk region. During the blockade, about 22:15 hours, militants sheltered by civilians, fired at the result of which soldier Kovalenko and senior soldier Panasyuk were killed.
From May to June 2014 he was on the mountain Karachun, on the outskirts of the city Slovyansk. Since the beginning of June 2014, within the rota-tactical group of the 95th separate aeromobile brigade, he ran a service at the checkpoint number 1, near the village Mirne, Slovyansk district, Donetsk region.
On 26 June, 2014, around 19:30 Russian-terrorist groups with the support of several tanks began assaulting the checkpoint # 1. In the course of the battle, the antitank calculation, which included Sergeant Kohan and a senior soldier Dobryans‘kyy, hit the first shot of an anti-tank guided missile complex 9K111 Fagot in one of the enemy tanks. Without leaving their combat positions and continuing to fire, the antitank calculation of the paratroopers perished as a result of direct hit another tank. Also, in this battle soldier Vaschuk and the soldier of the reserve Holyk died.
On 2 July, 2014 he was buried in the cemetery of the city Korostyshiv.
On 1 September, 2014 in the city Korostyshiv, on the facade of the building of the Humanitarian Gymnasium №5 named after T.H. Shevchenko (Maksym Dobryans‘kyy Street, 33), where he studied Maxim Dobryansky, the memorial plaque was established. In the city Korostysh, Sverdlov Street has been called after the name of Maksym Dobryans‘kyy Street.
He was awarded the Order "For Courage" of the 3rd class (14.08.2014, posthumously).
