Dumansky Yuri Oleksandrovich was the commander of the mechanized platoon of 24th Iron behalf of Prince Daniel Galician Detached Mechanized Brigade Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant.
He was born on July 17, 1991 in Nizhnyevartovsk, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District of the Russian Federation. In 2009 he graduated Lviv State Lyceum intensive military and physical training behalf Heroes Krut.
Since 2009, he was in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2013 he graduated the Hetman Sahaidaichny Army Academy (Lviv), speciality "Management actions mechanized units." From 2013 he served in the 24th Iron behalf of Prince Daniel Galician Detached Mechanized Brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0998, sycamore city Lviv region).
In the spring of 2014 he took part in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On August 14, 2014 near the village of urban Novosvitlivka Krasnodon district, Luhansk region during the operation of the city Luhansk block as a result of mortar attack Lieutenant Dumansky was killed.
On August 20, 2014 he was buried on the honorary burial №76 Lychakiv cemetery Lviv.
He was awarded the Order of Bogdan Khmelnitsky III degree (14.3.2015, posthumously).
