Horik Yuriy Mykhaylovych was the driver of a platoon of surveillance and intelligence hardware reconnaissance company of the 58th individual motorized infantry brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a senior soldier.
He was born on 23 May, 1992 in the village Zalizniy Port, Golopristansk district, Kherson region. He lived in Novofedorovka village, Golopristansk district. He graduated the secondary school.
He served as a driver of a platoon of surveillance and intelligence hardware of the intelligence company of the 58th separate motorized infantry brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit В0425, the city of Sumy / Konotop / Glukhov, Sumy region).
He participated in the antiterrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On 28 March, 2016, at about 1 o‘clock in the morning, the senior soldier Horik died as a result of an accident in the city Avdiyivka, Donetsk region.
On 31 March, 2016, he was buried in the cemetery of the Novofedorovka village, Golopristansk district, Kherson region.
