Kirillov Danil Oleksandrovych was the grenade launcher of the 2nd Howitzer Battalion of the 30th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a soldier.
He was born on 12 August, 1990 in the village Charkhin, Passtarchomsk district, Samarkand region, Republic of Uzbekistan. In the early 1990s, with his family, he moved to a permanent residence in the village Dolinovka, Brusilivsk district, Zhytomyr region. He graduated the secondary school and Zhytomyr Agricultural College, specializing in "driver and mechanic of a wide profile". While studying at a technical school on vacation, he freelanced in the Dolinivka limited liability company.
He passed the regular military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the Separate Kiev regiment of the President of Ukraine of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0222, city Kyiv).
After serving in the army, he worked as a driver at the private enterprise "Ukraine" of the village Vodotya, Brusilovsk district, Zhytomyr region.
On 18 March, 2014, the Korostyshiv Municipal Military Commissariat of Zhytomyr Region mobilized him into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a grenade handler of the 2nd Howitzer Battalion of the 30th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0409, the city Novograd-Volyn, Zhytomyr region).
From March 2014, he served at the checkpoints in the Kherson region on the administrative border with the occupied Russian troops of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Since the summer of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On 11 August, 2014, at 14:00, soldier Kirillov died during the shelling of BM-21 "Grad" armored vehicles and crew command post tanks near the village of Stepanivka, Shakhtarsk district, Donetsk region.
On 15 August, 2014 he was buried in the cemetery of the village Dolinovivka, Brusilovsky district, Zhytomyr region.
He was awarded the Order "For Courage" of the 3rd class (05/15/2015; posthumously).
The parents, three brothers and the wife are left.
