Kulinych Anatoliy Volodymyrovych was the grenade detector of the 30th separate mechanized brigade of the Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a soldier.
He was born on 7 February, 1977, in the village Syrnitsya, Ovruch district, Zhytomyr region, in a large family (11 children). He graduated the secondary school.
He worked as the collector of lumber in the wood processing workshop of the State Enterprise Slovechansk Forestry, a forestry master in the Sernitsky Forestry State Enterprise Slovechansk Forestry.
On 21 August, 2014, he was mobilized to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as the grenade launcher of the 30th individual mechanized brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0409, the city of Novograd-Volynsk, Zhytomyr region).
Since 2014 he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On 14 July, 2015, soldier Kulinych died during a mortar shelling of the key point №3014 near the town Luhans‘ke, Artemivsk (from 2016 - Bakhmut) district, Donetsk region, when a mine was hit in his bunker. Together with him, the senior soldier Serhiy Berehovyy died.
On 19 July, 2015, he was buried in the cemetery of the village Syrnitsa, Ovruch district, Zhytomyr region.
He was awarded the Order "For Courage" of the 3rd class (22.09.2015; posthumously).

On 22 September, 2015, in the village Syrnitsya, on the facade of Sernitsky Forestry, where Anatoliy Kulinych worked, the memorial plaque was established.
