Medushevs‘kyy Vitaliy Zenonovych was the mechanic-driver of the 30th separate mechanized brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a soldier.
He was born on 21 May, 1974 in the village Dovbysh, Baranivsk district, Zhytomyr region. He graduated the secondary school in the town Dovbysh.
He passed the regular military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In March 2014, he was mobilized to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a mechanic-driver of the 30th individual mechanized brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0409, the city of Novograd-Volyn, Zhytomyr region).
Since the summer of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On 3 August, 2014, the soldier Medushevs‘kyy died on a block post in the city Lugansk from a sniper ball covering a group of deminers who carried out the landing of the road.
On 6 August, 2014, he was buried in the cemetery of the town Dovbysh, Baranivsk district, Zhytomyr region.
He was awarded the Order "For Courage" of the 3rd class (05/15/2015; posthumously).
The wife and two daughters are left.
On 22 January, 2015, in the town Dovbysh, on the building of a secondary school (Shklyna Street, 1), where Vitaliy Medushevs‘kyy studied, the memorial plaque was established.
