Mykolaychuk Dmitry Vasylovych was the archer of 2nd division 1st Infantry platoon Infantry Company of the 16th separate battalion of the Southern Operational and Territorial Association National Guard of Ukraine, the senior soldier.
He was born on June 3, 1993 in the village Lomachyntsi, Vinkovetsky district, and Khmelnitsky region. In 2000-2007 he studied at the school in the village Speak Vinkovetsky district, since 2007 - in the secondary school of the village donkeys Vinkovetsky area. In 2009 he graduated 9 classes of secondary school of the village donkeys in June 2013 - Higher professional school №4 city Khmelnitsky speciality "Plasterer; tiler; painter". While studying at the school, he was a multiple winner of competitions of professional skill. From 2013 he studied by correspondence in Kamenetz-Podolsk college building, architecture and design.
Since the autumn of 2013 he passed military service in the Internal Troops of Ukraine (March 2014 - Ukraine National Guard) he was called Vinkovetsky Novoushynskym joint-district military commissariat Khmelnitsky region. He served in the 9 th separate brigade of the Crimean territorial command of Internal Troops of Ukraine (military unit 3009, the city of Simferopol, Crimea). After the annexation of Crimea by Russia he returned to mainland Ukraine. He continued servicing the shooter 2nd division 1st Infantry platoon infantry company of the 16th battalion of the Southern separate operational and territorial unification Ukraine National Guard (military unit 3056, the city Kherson).
On January 4, 2015 he took part in anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On January 24, 2015 in the amount of time of 9 hours 15 minutes and 9 hours 22 minutes near the village of grape Volnovakha district, Donetsk region (in June 2015 the village was included in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region), the personnel of the military unit, which served as a senior soldier Mykolaychuk was massive artillery bombardment of the enemy. During the bombardment in 9 hours 20 minutes Mykolaychuk senior soldiers received serious gunshot wounds, from which he died.
He was buried in the cemetery of the village Lomachyntsi.
He was awarded the Order "For courage» III degree (25.3.2015, posthumously).
On December 4, 2015 in the village donkeys Vinkovetsky district of Khmelnitsky region on the building of secondary school (street Central, 14), where Dmitry Mykolaychuk studied, the memorial plaque was established.
The parents, the brother and two sisters remain.
