Moskaliuk Alexander Vasylovych was the deputy of company commander operational purpose (for armored vehicles) to work with the staff of the 3rd Battalion operational purpose reserve 40th Regiment of the Western Operational and territorial associations of the National Guard of Ukraine, Lieutenant.
He was born on February 25, 1963 in the village Zabolotne, Kryzhopil region Vinnytsia region. Later his family moved to the village Vernyhorodok Koziatyn district, Vinnytsia region. He graduated the secondary school of Vernyhorodok.
He served in the Armed Forces of the USSR. He graduated the military school. In 1980 he participated in the war in Angola had two wounding, three concussions.
After his release from the army he returned to his home. He worked as a lawyer.
On August 7, 2014 he was mobilized to the ranks of the National Guard of Ukraine. He served as deputy company commander operational purpose (for armored vehicles) to work with the staff of the 3rd Battalion operational purpose reserve 40th Regiment of the Western Operational and territorial associations Ukraine National Guard (military unit 3008, the city of Vinnitsa).
On October 14, 2014 Lieutenant Moskaliuk died as a result of mortar attack during the break column support to militants surrounded the Russian checkpoint near the village №32 dare Slavyanoserbsk district, Luhansk region.
On October 31, 2014 he was buried in the cemetery of the village Vernyhorodok,Koziatyn district, Vinnytsia region.
He was awarded the Order "For courage» III degree (26.2.2015, posthumously).
On March 5, 2016 in the village Vernyhorodok on the building of secondary school (School Street, 20B), which Hero studied, the memorial plaque was established.
The wife, the son and the daughter remain.
