Pakalo Oleksiy Ivanovych was the chief sergeant of the platoon of the 30th Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Sergeant.
He was born on 13 March, 1984 in the village Pereshchnaya (now - Peresechny), in Dergachi district, Kharkiv region. He graduated the secondary school of the urban settlement of the city Perm and the Kharkiv higher vocational school №6.
In 2002-2003, he served the regular military service in the military unit 3004 of the Eastern Territorial Command of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Donetsk city).
After the army he lived in the city of Kharkiv. He worked at the Allo Limited Company, and then at the Kharkiv Investigative Seizure No. 27. In 2009, he graduated in absentia from the Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy (Kharkiv city).
In the Armed Forces of Ukraine from October 6, 2009. He served under the contract as the chief sergeant of the platoon of the 30th separate Guards Mechanized Brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0409 (field post of V2731), the city of Novograd-Volynsky Zhytomyr region).
Since the summer of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On 31 August, 2014, Sergeant Pakalo died during a combat task in the region of the city Lutugin, Luhansk region.
He was buried in the cemetery of the urban settlement of the city Peresechny, Dergachy district, Kharkiv region.
He was awarded the Order "For Courage" of the 3rd class (05/15/2015; posthumously).
