Parfent‘yev Ihor Volodymyrovych was a serviceman of the 72nd separate mechanized brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a soldier.
He was born on 10 November, 1977 in the city of Chernivtsi. He graduated the 9th form of secondary school № 7 in the city of Chernivtsi. After graduating the school he worked in Chernivtsi.
He passed the regular military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in tank troops (Kamyanets-Podilskyi Khmelnytskyi region).
After demobilization he returned to the city of Chernivtsi. He worked at the Kalinovsky market, at the Trembita factory, head of the section in the construction hypermarket. Since 2008 he has lived in Kyiv. He worked in a hypermarket.
On 23 March 23, 2015, he was mobilized by the Chernivtsi City Military Commissariat to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 72nd individual mechanized brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2167, the city of Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region).
From 13 June, 2015, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. During the service under the city of Volnovaha, the Donetsk region he fell ill, he was treated at Zaporozhya hospital and he was in rehabilitation. In April 2016 he returned to the front again.
On 20 April, 2016, Parfentiev‘s soldier died in a hospital in the city of Volnovaha, Donetsk region, as a result of bilateral pneumonia.
On 25 April, 2016 he was buried on the Alley of Glory of the Central Cemetery of Chernivtsi.
