Pushanko Arthur Oleksandrovich was the commander of airborne assault division of the 2nd airborne assault company of the 1st airborne assault battalion of the 95th separate airborne brigade of highly mobile airborne troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Sergeant.
He was born on December 30, 1993 in Zhytomyr. He graduated the secondary school №28 Zhytomyr, then - Institute of Nursing Zhytomyr.
He passed military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 4th Airborne mouth airmobile 2nd Battalion, 95th separate airborne brigade of highly mobile airborne troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1910; Zhytomyr city). After military service he continued to contract military service.
In autumn 2013 he was transferred to the 2nd airborne assault company of the 1st airborne assault battalion of the 95th separate airborne brigade of highly mobile airborne troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0281; Zhytomyr city).
In the spring of 2014 he took part in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On July 19, 2014 anti-terrorism forces conducted offensive operations on terrorist positions near the town of Lysychansk Luhansk region. During the battle, saving the lives of their wounded comrades, Sergeant Pushanko received several bullet injuries incompatible with life.
On July 24, 2014 he was buried in the military cemetery Smolyanskiy district, Zhytomyr.
He was awarded the Order "For courage" of III degree (14/11/2014, posthumously).
