Rilsky Vladislav Olexandrovich was the commander of the mechanized platoon of 24th Iron behalf of Prince Daniel Galician Detached Mechanized Brigade Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant.
He was born on July 20, 1992 in the city of Vinnytsia. In 2009 he graduated the secondary school of the city Ostroh, Rivne region.
Since 2009, he was in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2013 he graduated the Hetman Sahaidachny Army Academy (Lviv), speciality "Management actions mechanized units."
From 2013 he served in the 24th Iron behalf of Prince Daniel Galician Detached Mechanized Brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0998, sycamore city Lviv region).
In the spring of 2014 he took part in anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On August 14, 2014 near the village of urban Novosvitlivka Krasnodon district, Luhansk region during the operation of the city Luhansk block as a result of mortar attack Lt. Rila was killed.
On August 20, 2014 he was buried in the town cemetery city Ostroh, Rivne region.
On August 20, 2015 in the city Ostroh on the facade of the building educational complex "School-III levels - high school" (Decembrists Square, 6), where Vladislav Rilsky studied, the memorial plaque was established.
He was awarded the Order "For courage" of III degree (21/10/2014, posthumously).
