Sekh Roman Mykolayovych was the archer of 20th separate infantry battalion 93 th separate mechanized brigade of the Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Junior Sgt.
He was born on 24 August 24, 1989 in the village of Pokrovskoye, Dnipropetrovsk region. In 2005 he graduated 9 classes of secondary school №1 - Protection Lyceum of the village Pokrovske in 2008 - the Order "Badge of Honor" higher vocational school №75 specialty "electrician repair and maintenance of electrical equipment" in the village of Oleksandrivka Protection of Dnipropetrovsk region.
In 2008-2009 he passed military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
He worked as a guard at the city Dnipropetrovsk (now - Dnipro).
In the spring of 2014 he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a gunner 20th separate infantry battalion 93 th separate mechanized brigade of the Land Force of Ukraine (military unit V2231).
Since 2014 he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On 22 January, 2015 Russian military units in armored vehicles stopped in the village of Krasny Partizan (2016 - Betmanove) Yasinovataya district, Donetsk region, where the checkpoint with a platoon of the 20th separate mechanized infantry battalion, consisting of junior sergeant Sekh Roman Mykolayovych . Despite the numerical superiority of the enemy defense of checkpoints had the struggle for two hours. Junior sergeant Sekh Roman Mykolayovych died in this battle.
He was buried in the cemetery of urban village Pokrovskoe, Dnepropetrovsk region.
He was awarded the Order "For courage" III class (04/06/2015, posthumously).
On 18 September, 2015 in the village of Pokrovskoe on the building of secondary school №1 - Protection Lyceum (Gorky Street, 77), where Sekh Roman Mykolayovych studied, the memorial plaquw was established.
