Serhiyenko Ihor - the gunner of 1st Infantry division of the 3rd Infantry platoon infantry company of the 41st battalion of territorial defense Chernihiv Oblast ‘Chernihiv-2 "soldier.
He was born on 22 May, 1984 in Shchors (2016 - Snovsk) Chernigiv region. He lived in Horodnya, Chernihiv region. In 2001 he graduated the secondary school №2 of Horodnya.
In 2001-2002 he passed the military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as the driver of wheeled armored personnel carriers of 1121 first training Artillery Regiment (from 2008 - 1121, and special training Artillery) of 169 th Training Centre of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A3435, urban village Desna Kozelets district, Chernihiv region).
On 15th May, 2014 he was mobilized Gorodnyanskiy district military commissariat to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a machine gunner of 1st Infantry division of the 3rd Infantry platoon infantry company of the 41st battalion of territorial defense Chernihiv Oblast ‘Chernihiv 2 "(military unit field mail V3137, November 2014 - 41 separate mechanized infantry battalion of the 1st Tank Brigade 8th army corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine).
Since 2014 he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On 14 September , 2014 soldier Serhiyenko was seriously wounded in the battle near the town of Debaltsevo Donetsk region, reflecting the breakthrough of the enemy. He was treated at the Main Military Medical Clinical Centre in Kiev, where he died of his wounds Sept. 22, 2014.
On 24 September, 2014 he was buried in the cemetery Horodnya, Chernihiv region.
