Sevostyanchyk Dmitry Oleksandrovich was the audiometric reconnaissance platoon of Intelligence Division 55th Artillery Brigade separate Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant.
He was born on May 17, 1991 in the village of Pokrovskoye Dnipropetrovsk region. He studied at the secondary school number 2 and a secondary school №1 - Pokrovsky Lyceum, town Pokrovsky. In 2009 he graduated the Donetsk regional boarding school for intensive military and physical training named after H.T.Berehovoy.
Since 2009, he was in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2014 he graduated with honors and a gold medal Hetman Shaidachny Army Academy (Lviv), speciality "Complex and devices artillery reconnaissance."
From 2014 he served in a separate 55th artillery brigade of the Land Force of Ukraine (military unit A1978 city of Zaporozhye).
Since the summer of 2014 he took part in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
He died on August 29, 2014 near the village Starobeshevo Ilovaisky Donetsk region when leaving the "Ilovaisky pot".
He was buried in the cemetery urban village Pokrovskoe Dnepropetrovsk region.
He was awarded the Order of Bogdan Khmelnitsky III degree (31/10/2014, posthumously).
