Stelmach Alexander Mykolayovych was the platoon leader of 95th separate airborne brigade of highly mobile airborne troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant. .
He was born on August 8, 1990 in the village Radovel Olevsk district, Zhytomyr region. Later the family moved to the village Khomutets, Brusyliv district, Zhytomyr region. In 2005 he graduated 9 classes of secondary school of Khomutets Brusyliv district, and in 2007 - Chernihiv Lyceum intensive military and physical training. .
Since 2008, he was in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2013 he graduated the Hetman Sahaidachny Army Academy (Lviv), speciality "Complex and devices artillery reconnaissance." .
From 2013 he served in the 95th separate airborne brigade of highly mobile airborne troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0281 Town Zhytomyr). .
In the spring of 2014 he took part in anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. .
In February 2, 2015 Lieutenant Stelmach was killed near the village of Peski , Yasinovatskiy district, Donetsk region near the Donetsk airport. .
On February 5, 2015 he was buried in the cemetery of the village Khomutets, Brusyliv district. .
On September 1, 2015 in the village Khomutets Brusyliv district, in front of the building of secondary school (School Street, 22), where Alexander Stelmakh studied , the memorial plaque was established. .
