Tatarinov Serhiy was the chief sergeant , the squad of airborne assault platoon Airborne assault company of the 2nd Airborne assault battalion 79th separate airborne brigade of highly mobile airborne troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Sgt.
He was born on 28 November, 1978 in Nikolaev. He graduated the secondary school of the city of Nikolayev.
He passed the military service in the Airborne Forces Armed Forces of Ukraine.
On 11 March 2014 he was mobilized in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as chief sergeant - commander of airborne division assault platoon Airborne assault company of the 2nd Airborne assault battalion 79th separate airborne brigade of highly mobile airborne troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0224, Mykolaiv city).
In the spring of 2014 he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On 12 June, 2014 Ukrainian military convoy, which included Sergeant Tatarinov, fell into an ambush near the village Stepanovka, Shakhtarsky district, Donetsk region. During the battle Sergey Tatarinov received grievous gunshot wound in the heart. He died in a helicopter evacuation to the hospital all the time perebuvavshy conscious.
On 15 June, 2014 he was buried in the central city cemetery in the village Mishkovo-Pogorelovo, Zhovtneviy (2016 - Vitovskogo) district, Mykolayiv region.
He was awarded "For Courage” III class (26.7.2014, posthumously).
