Trepko Vladyslav Vitaliyovych was the ordinator of operational and medical bandaging branch company of the 30th separate Guards Novograd Volyn, Rivne Mechanized Brigade Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant Medical Service.
He was born on 6 June , 1986 in the city Chernivtsi. In 2001 he graduated 9th grade of secondary school №28 of Chernivtsi, in 2005 - Chernovtsy State Medical College Bukovina State Medical University, 2011 - Bukovyna National Medical University, Chernivtsi and he was qualified as "doctor."
In 2011 he joined the internship on specialty "surgery". He worked as interns in the surgical department of Chernivtsi Regional Hospital.
On 20 March 2014 he was mobilized in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Military service was held in the 30th Separate Guards Novograd Volyn Rivne Mechanized Brigade Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0409, Novograd Volyn, Zhytomyr region).
Since May 2014 he took part in anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On May 29, 2014 Lieutenant of medical service Trepko Vladyslav Vitaliyovych was awarded another the rank of "lieutenant of medical service."
In October 2014 he finished internship on specialty "surgery".
In January 2015, while on vacation, Vladyslav was enrolled in the Masters Bukovina National Medical University of Chernivtsi. Holiday lasted from January 15 to February 14, 2015, but on January 28, Trepko Vladyslav Vitaliyovych was urgently summoned to the area of the antiterrorist operation.
On 12 February , 2015 lieutenant of medical service Trepko Vladyslav Vitaliyovych was killed during the shelling near the town of Debaltsevo Donetsk region when performing a combat mission to provide medical care and evacuation of the wounded from the battlefield.
Medical Service Lieutenant Trepko Vladyslav Vitaliyovych always fought to the last for the life of each soldier, and the entire stay in the area of anti-terrorist operations, he managed to save many lives defenders of Ukraine.
On 16 February 2015 he was buried in the Alley of Glory central cemetery of Chernivtsi.
He was awarded the Order of Bogdan Khmelnitsky III class (26.2.2015, posthumously), Order "National Hero of Ukraine" (04.06.2015, posthumously) and the medal "For the Glory of Chernivtsi" (posthumously).
On 23 August, 2015 in Novograd Volyn, Zhytomyr region, it was a monument to soldiers-countrymen and Novograd Volyn Garrison, who died during the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine, including the name of Trepko Vladyslav Vitaliyovych. In September 2015 in Chernivtsi in the lobby of the building of secondary school №28 (n Street, 257th), where Trepko Vladyslav studied, the memorial plaque was established. On 17 May , 2016 during a session Chernivtsi city council decided to rename the street of Alexis Boyarka to Trepko Vladyslav Vitaliyovych.
The parents, two brothers, sister, law wife and daughter, born after the death of his father, are left.
