Vyshkvarko Viktor Valentynovych was the senior master of the 128th Mountain-Infantry Brigade of the Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, sergeant.
He was born on 18 August, 1969 in the city Kiev. In 1984 he finished 8 classes of secondary school № 178 of Kyiv (now - Gymnasium № 178).
He passed the regular military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the USSR.
In August 2014, the volunteer was mobilized into the armed forces of Ukraine. Served as the senior master of the 128th Special Mountain-Infantry Brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1778, the city of Mukacheve, Transcarpathian region).
He participated in the antiterrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On 8 September, 2015, at night, from 01:40 to 02:10, the enemy sabotage and the reconnaissance group attempted to break through the Sharov-Kut tract near the village Siza, Stanichno-Luhansk district, Luhansk region. As a result of the fighting at the checkpoint Sergeant Vyshkvarko died of the deathly injury to the head.
On 14 September, 2015 he was buried at the Sovskiy cemetery in Kyiv.
He was awarded the Order of "For Courage" of the 3rd class (16.01.2016; posthumously).

On 18 October, 2016, in Kiev, on the building of the gymnasium №178 (Povitroflotskiy avenue, 22), where Victor Vyshkvarko studied, the memorial plaque was established.
