Vityuk Maksym Viktorovych was a serviceman of the 17th separate tank brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a soldier.
He was born on 13 August, 1988 in the city Kakhovka, Kherson region. He studied at Kakhovka Gymnasium, then - at the general school №1 of Kakhovka. He graduated the comprehensive school number1 in the city Kakhovka. He worked at various enterprises of the city Kakhovka, Kakhovka district.
On 15 July, 2015 he was mobilized into the armed forces of Ukraine. He served in the 17th separate tank brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A3283, Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region).
Since 2015, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. He fought under the city of Avdeyivka, Donetsk region.
In May 2016, during a combat task near the city of Avdiyivka, soldier Vityuk suffered from a spine injury. From 5 May, 2016, he was treated at first in hospitals in Kharkiv, then in Kiev. Doctors fought for a soldier‘s life, but their efforts proved to be in vain. On 25 June, 2016, soldier Vityuk died in the Kiev hospital from an injury received in the area of the anti-terrorist operation.
On 29 June, 2016 he was buried in the city cemetery of the city Kakhovka, Kherson region.
