Yukhymchuk Oleksandr Volodymyrovych was the repairing company driver of the 30th individual mechanized brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Senior sergeant.
He was born on 30 January, 1973 in the village Povchyne, Novograd-Volyn district, Zhytomyr region. He graduated the high school in the village Povchyne.
He passed the regular military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the city Rivne. After undergoing the military service, he served for some time under the contract.
He lived in the city Rivne. Since 2000 he has been working as a driver of an Emergency on the emergency station in Rivne.
In March 2014, he was mobilized to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a repair repair driver of the 30th separate mechanized brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0409, the city Novograd-Volyn, Zhytomyr region).
In the spring of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. His service on block posts, repairing the equipment.
On 24 January, 2015, while serving in the anti-terrorist zone, Senior Sergeant Yukhimchuk died of the acute coronary insufficiency.
On 28 January, 2015, he was buried in the cemetery of the village Permchyna Novograd-Volyn district, Zhytomyr region.
Honorary citizen of the city of Rivne (17.09.2015; posthumously).

On 28 May, 2015, in the village Knochene, a memorial plaque was established on the building of a secondary school ( Shkilna Street, 28), where Olexandr Yukhymchuk studied.
