Yuzvins‘kyy Vadym Volodymyrovych was the mechanic driver of the 30th separate mechanized brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, senior officer.
He was born on 31 March, 1974, in the town Gorodnitsy, Novograd-Volyn district, Zhytomyr region. He graduated the secondary school of the town Gorodnitsy.
He passed the regular military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the spring of 2014 he was mobilized into the Armed forces of Ukraine. Served as a mechanic-driver of the 30th individual mechanized brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0409, the city Novograd-Volyn, Zhytomyr region).
Since the summer of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On 21 August, 2014 the petty officer Yuzvins‘kyy was killed during a search-and-search operation of the battalion tactical brigade team near the village of Kruglik, Lutugin district, Luhansk region.
On 24 August, 2014 he was buried in the cemetery of the urban settlement Gorodnitsy, Novograd-Volyn district, Zhytomyr region.
He was awarded the Order "For Courage" of the 3rd class (05/15/2015; posthumously).
