Volnovakha checkpoint attack was the attack of pro-Russian separatist forces in counterterrorist operations near the city of Donetsk region Volnovakha, which occurred about 4:30 am in May 22, 2014.
In the attack there were killed 18 soldiers of 51st Detached Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
