Kuteliya Irakliy Rubenovych was the driver of armored infantry 1st Battalion 93 th Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the senior soldier.
He was born on 5 April, 1994 in the village Arad, Ochamchyrsk district, Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia (Georgia). He was Georgian. In 1996 he moved with his family to the village Aleksiyvka Pervomaisky district of Kharkiv region. He graduated Aleksiyvka educational complex. He studied at an engineering college absentia.
Since October 2013 he served as first bomber acoording to contract, then - the driver‘s armored infantry battalion of the 1st 93-th separate Guards Mechanized Brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1302, towns Cherkassy Novomoskovsk district of Dnepropetrovsk region).
He participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. From March to August 2014 ру was on the Ukrainian-Russian state border near the village Nyanchyne, Bilokurakynsk district, Luhansk region. Since August 2014 he participated in the battles for the city Ilovaysk Donetsk region. Callsign "Ika".
In August 2014 Kuteliya Irakliy with twin captured Russian T-72B3 and drove him to the locations of the 1st mechanized battalion in the village Mnohopillya Amvrosiivskyi Donetsk region. This tank served as a good firepower when leaving the "Ilovaisk pot".
With multiple fragmentated wounds he was captured when leaving the "Ilovaisky pot". He was held captive for two weeks, he was not medical care provided. After his release from captivity and treatment back to the front.
On 9 December, 2015 around 15:30 near the village Opytne, Yasinovatya district, Donetsk region when moving between bases on explosive devices BMP-2 was exploded (infantry fighting vehicle-2). The explosion killed two soldiers, including a senior soldier Kuteliya Irakliy , 7 soldiers received injuries.
On 12 December, 2015 he was buried in the cemetery of the village Alekseevka, Pervomaisk district, Kharkiv region.
He was awarded the Order "For courage" III class (01/03/2016, posthumously), the medal "Defender of Motherland" (05/08/2015), honors "National Hero of Ukraine" (02.10.2016, posthumously).
On 18 January, 2016 in the village Alekseevka in building educational complex (School Street, 15), where Kuteliya Irakliy studied, the memorial plaque was established.
The parents, two sisters, the bride and daughter were left.
