Seredyuk Oleh Oleksandrovych was the serviceman of the 40th Artillery Brigade of the Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a soldier.
He was born on 26 January, 1988 in the village of Moskalivka, Yarmolinetsi district, Khmelnytskiy region. He graduated the secondary school of the village Moskalivka. After graduating from school he studied at the Kamyanets-Podilsky State University (now Kamenets-Podilskyi Ivan Ogienko National University, the city of Kamyanets-Podilsk, Khmelnytsky region). After the first year of study, due to the death of her mother, he was forced to leave university, with her grandmother raised three younger brothers.
He lived in the village Moskalivka. He worked as a laboratory assistant at a comprehensive school in the village Moskalivka, a non-worker in an agricultural enterprise, and recently in the agribusiness of the VITAGRO Group of Companies.
In April 2015, he was mobilized to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 40th individual artillery brigade of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit B3500, the city Pervomaysk, Mykolaiv region).
Since the summer of 2015, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On 26 August, 2015, soldier Serdyuk was killed in a deadly wound as a result of a rocket fire from the missile rocket "Grad" near the village Prokhorivka in the Volnovakha district, Donetsk region, when a shell hit him in his cloakroom. Along with him 4 more soldiers died.
On 2 September, 2015, he was buried in the cemetery of the village Moskalivka, Yarmolinetski district, Khmelnytskiy region.
He was awarded the Order "For Courage" of the 3rd class (16.01.2016; posthumously).

On 27 September, 2015, in the village Moskalivka, a memorial plaque was established on the building of a secondary school (40th anniversary of Victory, 3), where Seredyuk Oleh studied.
