Sulima Anatoliy Volodymyrovych was the driver of 7th separate automobile sanitary company of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, senior soldier.
He was born on 2 June, 1976 in the city Khmelnitsky. In 1991 he graduated the secondary school №11 (now - Gymnasium №2) in the city Khmelnitsky.
He worked as the driver at different enterprises of the city Khmelnitsky.
In July 2014, he was mobilized to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The service was held in the 7th automobile sanitary unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military part of the field post at 2525, Khmelnytsky).
Since the summer of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.
On 9 February, 2015 the crew of ambulance 7th individual automobile sanitary companies, which included Mychaylo Baluk and Anatoliy Sulima, along with medical assistant Serhiy Katsabinym, left the position of "Cross" ( Debaltsevo, Donetsk region) to evacuate the wounded to the city Artemivsk ( now - Bakhmut) Donetsk region. On the way to the city, near the village Logvinova Artemivsk district, an ambulance came and drove into an ambush on mine (according to other sources, she hit a shot with antitank grenade launcher). The blast killed four soldiers, including Anatoliy Sulima, one of the wounded managed to escape, was thrown from the car blast.
On 25 February, 2015, he was buried on the Alley of Glory of the Khmelnytskyy Cemetery (Rakivka Microdistrict).
He was awarded "For Courage» III class (15.5.2015, posthumously), Order "National Hero of Ukraine" (24.07.2016, posthumously).
Honored citizen of the city of Khmelnitsky (07/26/2016, posthumously).
On 13 October, 2016 in Khmelnytsky on the facade of the building gymnasium №2 (Mira, 84/2), where Anatoliy Sulima studied, the memorial plaque was established.
